We let you know if we know it needs anything we cannot get to repairing before we sell it.  All Tires are good on this machine. Diesel Engine Running Smooth.  (WE ENCOURAGE INSPECTION BEFORE YOU BUY ANY USED EQUIPMENT) You are buying from a reputable DEALERSHIP. We are Located at: 302 Hathaway Street NW, Lake Placid, Florida 33852. We want you to know there are scratches dings but nothing that will affect the performance of the machine.  Our office is open for inspection Monday-Friday with an appointment from 9:00 to 5:00.  Email through classifieds board if you have any questions.  NOTE:  It is up to the buyer to satisfy himself/herself with the condition of the machine before your purchase it.  Everyone's views, anticipations and expectations are different.  Therefore, We Encourage Everyone Buying Used Equipment to Inspect for yourself.  We provide videos and answer questions and do our VERY BEST to satisfy your purchase. However, videos are for demonstration purposes only. Terms and Conditions:  Deposit $500 upon auction end.  Full Payment due within 3 business days by bank wire. The equipment is being SOLD AS IS WITH NO WARRANTY EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  Contact us with the forms of payments we accept.  All payment must clear before removal.  We ask that you pick up your item within 15 day's if you are purchasing on classifieds board.  No item will be released to a second party without written consent of the purchaser.   If you are an out of state purchaser and are transporting the machine (meaning - you are not taking possession of it in Florida and have valid transporter bill of lading) you will not be charged sales tax.  We do not offer refunds on deposits or payments.  All Sales are final.  Shipping:  WE CAN ASSIST YOU WITH SHIPPING AT COMPETITIVE RATES.  All charges are the responsibility of the Buyer.  Please have your transporter give us a minimum of 3 hours notice so we can prepare for shipping.  Storage:  We charge $10 per day if your item is not picked up after 15 days unless alternative arrangements are made prior to purchasing on classifieds board.    All our machines are available here locally so we reserve the right to end the auction early.
