Description: We used this for about 3 years inside of our warehouse and never had any issues with this forklift. Has sideshift capabilities but the lever is missing so you can't use it. The lift up/down and tilt works just fine. Battery stays low most of the time so may need new batteries. We used it for a couple of years with the low battery light on. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------KNOWN ISSUES WITH FORKLIFT- Piece of metal bent outwards on the side of the forklift (cosmetic)- Battery stays low or on Low Battery on the screen- Sideshifter lever is missing but the up/down and tilt works just fine- May need new batteries. We don't know much about these electric lifts----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------NON-PAYING BUYERS* We will open an Unpaid Item Case against ALL buyers who fail to pay for an order after they have purchased the item. LOCAL PICKUP* We are open by APPOINTMENT ONLY for local pickups. Palletizing Fee - $0.00 (please read)This covers the cost of the pallet, banding materials, bubble wrap and shrink wrap to ensure safe transit to your location! What Happens After Payment? After we have received your payment, please allow 2-3 business days for your item to be palletized and prepared for shipping. Once your item is ready, we will schedule the freight company to make pickup. As soon as your item has been shipped, we will mark it on classifieds board as "Shipped" and we will upload a tracking number for the freight carrier as well so you can track the shipment. • If you choose for us to have your item freighted to your location, we will need the following from you:
• Is the delivery location a Business or a Residence?
• Do you need a Liftgate upon delivery?
• Your item will be put on a pallet, wrapped with bubble wrap and shrink wrap and secured to a pallet with metal banding material. If you need freight insurance, please request this, as it's not included in your quoted price. Thanks!

How long will it take to receive my item? Transit times vary. We are located on the East Coast so shipments going out West may take a week to arrive once it has shipped from our warehouse in Georgia. If you need the equipment by a certain date, please contact us and we'll be happy to see what it would cost to get your freight Expedited with a Guaranteed Delivery Date. This option costs extra, but it's there is you decide you need to.  What if my item is damaged? Please don't panic! This doesn't happen very often. 100% of the items we ship are shipped with Freight Insurance. This protects both the Buyer and the Seller. We just ask that you please do not open an classifieds board Case before contacting us first.
