We are selling this:  LPG Powered!!!  Cushion Tired!!!  "EXCELLENT OPERATING CONDITION" and Completely Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and/or purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this Fine Operating Komatsu Model FG35BCS-7H, 8000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Forklift, manufactured new in 2003.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by a very strong Nissan Six (6) Cylinder OHV LPG Motor (a fine engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is Three (3) stage, measuring 92" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 197".  The NEW class III forks are 6" wide X 48" long and will spread to a width of 34" inside to inside of the forks. This forklift operates great.  The tires are NEW all around.  The width of this unit is 47" and the overall length is 84" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 92" from the floor to the top of the mast.  It weighs approx. 14,450#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  The company it came from (a large truck repair facility) has their forklifts serviced by their local Komatsu dealer.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Brand Name OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift reads only 10280 total hours.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts.  This forklift has Two Headlights, In Operation Light, Back Up Warning Buzzer, Horn, Back Light, Back-Up Lights, Brake Lights, and Tilt Steering Wheel.
