Eco-Tech turbo VW engine, and tough hydraulic system components.  It has solid pneumatic tires and does good on concrete. blacktop, and packed gravel.  Unit has new seat back pad, tilt sensor, battery, and we will service (PM) the unit prior to delivery.  Unit is the single pedal design with forward/reverse lever instead of forward/reverse on the pedals.   We have run the unit with no issues for the past 5 years but wanted a diesel and this unit is LP.  This unit has a side-shifting carriage.  It's used, but has been well taken care of.  Good running, dependable unit.  Buyer is responsible for pick-up & delivery of the unit however the seller can deliver within 50 miles of the seller's address.  These units are selling from $15,000-18,000 used all over the internet with these kind of hours on them.  They are way more than that new and are good for 30,000+ hours if serviced properly.
