Hyster H50xm Forklift, 5k Capacity, Only 979 Actual Hours! Perfect Cond!

I am selling my 2003 Hyster H50XM Forklift.  It runs on propane and it only has 979 Actual Hours!  This unit was originally purchased new by a government facility and kept indoors on site and used very little.  This unit has a 5,000 capacity and it has an extended mast height of 189" so it reaches very high for it's low profile.  The tires are very good and the parking brake and the seat sensor even works.  Everything on this unit works exactly as it should and nothing leaks.  It even has side shift on the forks.  This unit has not been repainted or anything but it doesn't need it.  This forklift looks better than most that I have seen that are only a few years old.  Please call, text, or message anytime and I would love to show it to you.  My business is located at the intersection of I-40/75 at the west end of Knoxville, TN off exit #369.  Please call or text anytime.  My # is phone.  Thank you so much for looking!Aaron
