You will have to do some mechanic work to get it running but I am told it runs. It is at a public agency corp yard in Oakland with a tight situation---it is in the back of large yard but access and exit is tight for large tractor trailer. No reported operational problems but I was unable to speak with an operator. Tires are good condition....Located in Oakland, California, the exact address will be provide after you win and pay for the item. The pickup is scheduled for 11am on  Thursday March 11th.… Please contact the seller with any questions about pickup and be prepared to remove in a timely manner with proper tools or manpower and email Richard with any questions. There will be a forklift to assist with loading on the assigned pickup dates only. The item may have cosmetic or operational issues unless mentioned.   This is a Public Agency Sale - The winning bidder agrees to purchase and remove the item listed on the dates above. 

NOTE: SHIPPING is NOT AVAILABLE for this item - LOCAL PICKUP ONLY. Due to the location of this item, this item can not be shipped. The item can not be prepared for pickup. Item must be removed AS-IS. Buyer must pickup at location on scheduled pickup day and time shown below and must be prepared to remove the item at their cost and with their own resources. You can use a third party shipper if they can meet us at the specific time. Also, you can contract with a short hauler or tow truck company to remove the items and take them to the freight company. You can also use a company like [link removed by classifieds board] that will meet at specific time and then crate the unit and take it to the long haul shipper.

PLEASE NOTE:

If you pay immediately at the end of auction using the classifieds board payment method please include the 9.25% sales tax or wait for the Bay City Surplus invoice, which will include the sales tax and should arrive shortly after auction end. Sales tax will vary due to city and county

Auction Close

Winning Bidders will receive a complete Bay City Surplus invoice including appropriate sales tax (if applicable), shipping/handling fees (if applicable), complete payment information.

Pick up location and/or shipping information (including exact location, time of pick up and contact information will be provided via email within one (1) business day of confirmation of Buyer's payment.

Items listed by Bay City Surplus are stored at individual school district or public agency locations and NOT at a central company location. (See below for specific information about our payment and pick up/shipping policies).

For All Items

Sales Tax

Bay City Surplus will invoice the appropriate sales tax if required. All items picked up are subject to sales tax if the Buyer has no valid resale certificate or tax-exempt certification on file. Provision of a valid resale certificate or tax-exempt certification with payment will exempt buyers from sales tax. Sales tax may be waived if the item is shipped directly to an out of state destination by common carrier. Sales tax is based on the current sales tax rate in the city and state from where the item is purchased.

Non-Paying Bidders 

If full payment is not RECEIVED within three (3) calendar days of auction close for general merchandise and seven (7) calendar days for vehicles, Bay City Surplus reserves the right to cancel the transaction and sell the item to another interested party. A $150 Cancellation Fee will be assessed upon cancellation and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed with classifieds board. If this Cancellation Fee is not paid the buyer will be blocked from any future bidding.
