 This unit runs and works but needs a battery.  It will only run for a few minutes.  Comes with a 3 phase charger.  38" Inside outrigers so pallets have to be 38" wide or less or taller than the outrigers.  This unit doesn't have reach.  Has digital read out for the weight of the pallet which is a nice feature.
