We are selling this:  LPG Powered!!!  Cushion Tired!!!  "EXCELLENT OPERATING CONDITION" and Completely Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and/or purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this Fine operating Toyota Model 52-6FGCU30, S/N 60458, 6000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Forklift, manufactured new in 1997.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by a very strong Toyota Four (4) Cylinder Y4 OHV LPG Motor (a fine engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is FOUR (4) STAGE, measuring 83" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 240".  The class II forks are 4" wide X 46" long and will spread to a width of 28" inside to inside of the forks. This forklift operates great.  The tires are 70% treaded type in front and 80% in the rear.  The width of this unit is 46" and the overall length is 92" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 83" from the floor to the top of the mast.  It weighs approx. 10,500#.  This forklift came out of service about a week ago.  The company it came from (a large motor manufacturing company) has their own maintenance department for their forklifts and they have as fine of a maintenance program as we have ever seen.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Brand Name OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift reads only 15664 total hours.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts.  This forklift has Two (2) Headlights, One (1) Back Light, Rear View Mirror, Horn, SIDE SHIFT, FORK POSITIONING, and Tilt Steering Wheel.
