Toyota 5FBC15

Toyota model 5FBC15 36V electric forklift. Serial number is 11094 so I think this lift was manufactured in 1994? This was used by a local business. The forklift would sometimes not go forward or back. Now most, if not all the time the forklift will not move. The display shows error code CO. The hydraulics still work correctly. The mast moves up and down as it should. The batteries charged up when connected to the charger. Was told that several years back the batteries were replaced. I have not seen a date code on the batteries but if someone can tell me where to look I will see if I can find a date. The front forks are not shown but they are included. Needed to remove them to make room in the shop for the lift. This lift is available for local pickup in Front Royal, VA 22630.
