We are selling this:  LPG Powered!!!  Cushion Tired!!!  "VERY GOOD CONDITION THROUGHOUT" and Completely Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and/or purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine operating Caterpillar Model T150D, 15,000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Forklift, manufactured new in 1997.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by very strong Perkins (4) Four Cylinder High Torque OHV LPG Motor (a fine engine) and a strong two speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is two (2) stage, measuring 94" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 130".  The class IV forks are 6" wide X 65" long and will spread to a width of 34" inside to inside of the forks. This forklift operates great.  The tires are 50% to 60% all around and run smooth.  The width of this unit is 54" and the overall length is 116" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 94" from the floor to the top of the mast.  It weighs approximately 21,000#.  This forklift came off lease about a month ago.  The company it came from leased them with a full service contract from their local Caterpillar dealer.  All of their forklifts are leased with full service contracts and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Brand Name OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift reads only 450 hours and it was replaced at 1650 hours when the original hour meter was broken for a total of 2100 total hours.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts.  This forklift has (2) Headlights and a Horn.
