We are selling these:  LPG Powered!!!  Cushion Tired!!!  "EXCELLENT CONDITION THROUGHOUT" and Completely Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklifts.  Now available for your inspection and/or purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio are these fine looking and fine operating  Caterpillar Model 2C6500, 6,500# Capacity, LPG Powered, Forklift, manufactured new in 2016.  These units are in excellent operating condition throughout.  They are powered by very strong Mitsubishi Four (4) Cylinder OHC LPG Motor (a fine engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is three (3) stage, measuring 88" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 185".  The class III forks are 5" wide X 48" long and will spread to a width of 26" inside to inside of the forks. These forklifts look and operate great.  The tires are 85%+ all around.  The width of this unit is 44" and the overall length is 92" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 88" from the floor to the top of the mast.  They weigh 11,655#.  These forklifts came off lease about a week ago.  The company they came from leased them with a full service contract from their local Caterpillar dealer.  All of their forklifts are leased with full service contracts and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Brand Name OEM parts.  The hour meter on these forklifts reads 5,126 and 5,375 total hours.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts.  These forklifts hve (2) Headlights, Back Up Warning, In-Operation Light, Tail Lights, Back-Up Lights, Brake Lights, Horn, and Tilt Steering Wheel.
