We are selling this:  LPG Powered!!!  Cushion Tired!!!  "EXCELLENT CONDITION THROUGHOUT" and Completely Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and/or purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine looking and fine operating  Caterpillar Model 2C5000, 5,000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Forklift, manufactured new in 2017.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by very strong Mitsubishi Four (4) Cylinder OHC LPG Motor (a fine engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is three (3) stage, measuring 83" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 188".  The class II forks are 4" wide X 41" long and will spread to a width of 30" inside to inside of the forks. This forklift looks and operates great.  The tires are 90% on the Drive Wheels and 70% on the Steer Wheels.  The width of this unit is 42" and the overall length is 90" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 83" from the floor to the top of the mast.  It weighs Approximately 9,000#.  This forklift came off lease about a week ago.  The company they came from leased them with a full service contract from their local Caterpillar dealer.  All of their forklifts are leased with full service contracts and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Brand Name OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift reads only 2,505 actual total hours.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts and seldom used them at all.  This forklift has (2) Headlights, Back Up Warning, In-Operation Light, Tail Lights, Back-Up Lights, Brake Lights, Horn, and Tilt Steering Wheel.
