We are selling this:  48V Battery Powered!!!  Solid Pneumatic Type Tired!!!  "Just Reconditioned", "FINE OPERATING" and Completely Checked Out Mechanically Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine operating Caterpillar Model 2ET3000, 3000# Capacity, (3) Wheeled, 48V Electric Battery Powered, Forklift, manufactured new in 2017.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by a Very Good 48V Battery that is good for 5 to 6 hours of continuous use.  The mast is Three (3) stage, measuring 82" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 189".  The class II forks are 4" wide X 42" long and will spread to a width of 30" inside to inside of the forks (we have new longer forks if needed for extra cost).  This forklift operates fine and it is Very Short and operates in very tight spaces (Turns 360* In It's Own Radius).  The tires are Good Solid Pneumatic Type Treaded in Front at 80% and Good Solid Pneumatic Type in the Rear at 90%.  The width of this unit is 44" and the overall length is 78" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 82" from the floor to the top of the mast.  It weighs approx. 8,400#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  The hour meter on this forklift shows only 10280 hours.
