This is a CAT 4 WHEEL SIT DOWN style forklift with approx. a  15000 lb. lift capacity.

PROPANE POWERED LIFT HEAVY DUTY

Large 24" diameter x 12" wide cushion style front drive tires.

Rear tires are approx. 6" wide x 16" diameter

Unit has approx. a 110" lift capacity .

Lift is in good operational condition.

 Lift has a collapsed height of 85" and is 106" long  not counting the 42" forks.

Lift is 48" wide and comes with standard 42" forks .

The lift runs , drives , lifts and lowers as it should and has good brakes.

This is a used lift with average wear , a few drips here and there.

Lift could use new front tires but we have used it for a couple of years the way it is.

We may have some extra parts for this lift and will include those in the sale if we can find them

Unit being used daily at our warehouse and yard.

Lift could use basic safety check , fluid changes and service prior to putting it into service.

Lift is very heavy so the buyer needs a dock to unload the lift at.

If you are exempt from sales tax you MUST provide a copy of your sales tax exempt certificate at the time of purchase - not afterwards - to be exempt.  We accept forms for farm exempt, exempt organization, exempt for resale, and exempt use.  These must be properly filled out and signed by a company officer. We will only accept New York State Forms to be tax exempt.

 Shipping:  This item is being sold FOB Syracuse New York.  All shipping, including returns, is the sole responsibility of the buyer.  You can contact this company for a quote or contact the shipping company of your choice.  For a quote please e-mail your zip code, city and state.  All freight quoted is to a commercial delivery address.  We can ship to residential addresses but must be notified beforehand to get the proper rate.  All heavy equipment ships on dock-high flatbed or van style tractor trailers and you need the ability to unload.  If no dock or forklift is available for unloading, we recommend using a local towing service with their rollback truck to assist in safe, fast, unloading.  Small palletized items and equipment can ship via common carrier.  You are not obligated to use our freight quote/carrier and can certainly set up your own shipping with your local carrier.  If you choose to use our freight it will be added to our invoice and paid directly to us at time of payment for the equipment.  We have great shipping rates nationwide. If you choose to use our freight you are dealing directly with the carrier to schedule delivery and unloading.  We have no control over third party trucking schedules; delivery times, delays, etc. so please keep this in mind when using our discounted freight rates.

Non-Paying Bidders:  By bidding on this auction you are stating that you understand classifieds board's policies and our payment options and policies.  Any Non-Paying bidder will be left negative feedback and appropriate actions will be taken through classifieds board.

 Inspection:  You are welcome to inspect any equipment we have for sale on classifieds board prior to bidding on it.  Just contact us for directions.  Our auctions run for 7-10 days which gives you plenty of time to come see the equipment, check with the manufacturer, and obtain the information you need to bid.  All specs and information stated in our advertisements are to the best of our knowledge; some specs may be estimates, so we recommend that you contact the manufacturer to confirm all equipment specs.  Hours stated are the hours that are currently showing on the hour meter.  We cannot guarantee machine hours since it is secondhand equipment.  We are not responsible for errors and omissions.

 Pick-Up:  You are welcome to pick up your equipment during regular business hours and on weekends by appointment.  We will load your truck or trailer at no additional charge.  The buyer is responsible for securing your load properly for transport.  It is the buyer’s responsibility to come with the appropriate equipment to haul the equipment purchased

Storage:  All items purchased must be paid for within 3-5 business days of winning the auction.  We can hold equipment for a short term while freight and local pickup arrangements are made.  After 30 days from date of winning bid, storage fees will apply.  We have a high volume warehouse and may choose to store your equipment outside.  We will not be held responsible for any damage or mechanical issues related to storing your equipment.  After 60 days your equipment will be considered abandoned.  We will sell it to cover our expenses and storage fees and all funds will be retained to cover said fees. 

Returns:  All items sold are sold in as is, where is condition, as shown without warranty expressed or implied.  Equipment is used with average wear and described the best to our ability.  Once an item has shipped or been picked up it is non-returnable.  Please take advantage of our 7-10 day auctions to inspect the equipment, ask all questions, and check with the manufacturer prior to bidding.

Liability:  Buyer agrees to hold seller harmless for any and all claims that arise out of the use of this equipment and to imdemnify seller and to pay sellers legal fees. Buyer agrees that the venue for any and all claims in Onondaga County , NYS. Buyer agrees to assume full liability for use of this equipment and that the seller has not provided any certification or training or operational instruction for the use of this equipment. Buyer is responsible to be certified to operate this equipment . Buyer is responsible to obtain any equipment inspection or certification needed to use this equipment on their job.
