We are selling this:  Used, LPG Powered!!!  Cushion Tired!!!  Completely Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine operating  Caterpillar Model 2C5000, 5000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Forklift, S/N AT9032052, manufactured new in 2014.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by very strong Mitsubishi Four (4) Cylinder OHC LPG Motor (a fine engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is three (3) stage, measuring 83" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 187".  The class II forks are 5" wide X 59" long (we can supply shorter or longer forks if desired by the buyer) and will spread to a width of 26" inside to inside of the forks.  This forklift operates real fine.  The tires are good at 80% to 90%.  The width of these units is 40" and the overall length is 94" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 83" from the floor to the top of the mast.  It weighs approximately 8,800#.  This forklift came out of service about a week ago.  The company it came from (a major distributing company) has their own maintenance department for their forklifts and they have as fine of a maintenance program as we have ever seen.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Brand Name OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift shows only 13887 total hours.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts.  This forklift has Head Lights, Rear View Mirror/s, Back View Mirror, Rear Lights, Back Up Warning, Horn, In-Operation Strobe), Reverse Lights, Signal Lights, and Tilt Steering Wheel.

Note:  Our LPG tanks are leased.  If you buy one of our forklifts, we have both full 33# steel and full 33# aluminum tanks available on our classifieds board store.  For these, we will accept offers of $125.00 for steel and $150.00 for aluminum, but only to the buyers of our forklifts.
