We are selling this:  LPG Powered!!!  Cushion Tired!!!  and Completely Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and/or purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine operating  Caterpillar Model 2C5000, 5000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Forklift, S/N AT9033715, manufactured new in 2012.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by very strong Nissan Four (4) Cylinder OHC LPG Motor (a fine engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is three (3) stage, measuring 83" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 188".  The class II forks are 4" wide X 60" long and will spread to a width of 25" inside to inside of the forks. This forklift operates great.  The tires are 80% all around, Standard in Front and Non-Marking in the Rear.  The width of this unit is 41" and the overall length is 89" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 83" from the floor to the top of the mast and overhead guard.  It weighs approx. 8,750#.  This forklift came out of service about a week ago.  The company it came from (a large motor manufacturing company) has their own maintenance department for their forklifts and they have as fine of a maintenance program as we have ever seen.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Brand Name OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift reads 10976 total hours.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts.  This forklift has Headlights, Taillights, Back Up Warning w/ flashing light, Rearview Mirrors, Horn, and Tilt Steering Wheel.

Note:  Our LPG tanks are leased.  If you buy one of our forklifts, we have both full 33# steel and full 33# aluminum tanks available on our classifieds board store.  For these, we will accept offers of $125.00 for steel and $150.00 for aluminum, but only to the buyers of our forklifts.

Inform them that they will pick up your forklift at Machine Tools of America’s warehouse at 515 Kercher St., Miamisburg, OH 45342.  This Mitsubishi Forklift will weigh approx. 8,750# and occupy 7 1/2’ of bed space plus the forks the freight companies won't charge for as the forks can be removed and placed under the forklift if the driver needs the space.
