We are selling this:  LPG Powered!!!  Cushion Tired!!!  Just Reconditioned, and Completely Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and/or purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this Low Hour, Beautiful and Fine Operating Caterpillar Model 2C5000, 5000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Forklift, S/N AT9042365, manufactured new in 2016.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by very strong Nissan Four (4) Cylinder OHC LPG Motor (a fine engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is three (3) stage, measuring 83" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 187".  The class II forks are 4" wide X 41" long and will spread to a width of 28" inside to inside of the forks. This forklift operates great.  The Tires are New Smooth Type in Front and 90% Treaded Type in the Rear.  The width of this unit is 41" and the overall length is 89" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 83" from the floor to the top of the mast and overhead guard.  It weighs approx. 8,820#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  The company it came from (a large motor manufacturing company) has their own maintenance department for their forklifts and they have as fine of a maintenance program as we have ever seen.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Brand Name OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift reads only 3176 total hours.  They don't use them often and replace them every five years with new ones.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts.  This Forklift has Headlights, Back Up Warning w/ Flashing Light, Horn, Brake and Back Up Lights, and Tilt Steering Wheel.

Note:  Our LPG tanks are leased.  If you buy one of our forklifts, we have both full 33# steel and full 33# aluminum tanks available on our classifieds board store.  For these, we will accept offers of $125.00 for steel and $150.00 for aluminum, but only to the buyers of our forklifts.
