We are selling this:  Battery Powered!!!  Cushion Tired!!!  Checked Out Mechanically, Three Stage Mast Forklift w/ Side Shift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine operating Caterpillar Model EC25N2, 5000# Capacity, Electric Powered, Forklift, manufactured new in 2010.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by a 36V Hawker Battery  The mast is a Three (3) stage, measuring 82" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 188".  The class II forks are 4" wide X 43" long and will spread to a width of 28" inside to inside of the forks (we have new shorter or longer forks if needed).  This forklift operates absolutely fine.  The tires are very good in front at 80% and very good in the rear at 80%.  The width of this unit is 40" and the overall length is 90" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 87" from the floor to the top of the overhead guard (ROPS).  It weighs approx. 9,000#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  The Company it came from has their forklifts maintained by their local Caterpillar Dealer.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Caterpillar OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift shows only 4954 operating hours.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts.  This forklift has (2) Headlights, (1) Rear Light, Horn, Back Up Warning Buzzer, In-Operation Strobe, Rear View Mirrors, and Tilt Steering Wheel.

Inform them that they will pick up your forklift at Machine Tools of America’s warehouse at 515 Kercher St., Miamisburg, OH 45342.  This Caterpillar Electric Forklift will weigh approx. 9,000# and occupy 7 1/2’ of bed space not counting the forks which they shouldn't charge for as other freight can be loaded on them or under them.  It needs to be covered for shipment.
