We are selling this:  48V Battery Powered!!!  3 Wheeled Cushion Tired!!!  Checked Out Mechanically Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine operating Caterpillar Model EP20T-48A, 4000# Capacity, 3 Wheeled 48V Electric Powered, Forklift.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by an Excellent 2015 Deka Battery (Best Battery Made) that has just been reconditioned.  The mast is two (2) stage, measuring 83" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 130" with 60" of Freelift.  The class II forks are 4" wide X 36" long (if you need longer forks, we can supply them) and will spread to a width of 30" inside to inside of the forks.  This forklift operates beautifully.  The tires are excellent non marking type in front at 90% and 80% in the rear.  The width of this unit is 41" and the overall length is 72" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 83" from the floor to the top of the overhead guard and mast.  It weighs approx. 8,300#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  The company it came from (a small department store chain) had this forklift serviced and maintained by their local Caterpillar Dealer and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Caterpillar OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift shows only 1461 total hours (we suspect this is not accurate).  Like I said, they really took good care of this forklift and used it very seldom.

If you are in need of a three wheeled electric forklift of this size that will turn in it's own radius for operation in tight spaces, take a real good look here.  This is a great running forklift, a great looking forklift, and it is a Caterpillar (one of the better small electric forklifts made).  This is an opportunity to pick up a real bargain in a 3 Wheeled 48V Electric Powered cushion tired forklift at a small portion of what these babies cost new and It Has Side Shift.  This is a decent looking forklift that runs and operates even better than it looks.  Load rating is 4,000# @ 24" LC.
