We are selling this:  LPG Powered!!!  Cushion Tired!!!  Completely Checked Out Mechanically and Reconditioned!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this Beautiful, Excellent Operating Caterpillar Model FGC18K, 3000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Forklift, manufactured new in 2004.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by very strong Mitsubishi Four (4) Cylinder OHC LPG Motor (a good engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmissions.  The mast is three (3) stage, measuring 83" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 188".  The class II forks are 4" wide X 42" long and will spread to a width of 34" inside to inside of the forks.  The tires are good treaded type in front at 40% and Excellent in the rear at 80%.  The width of this unit is 37" and the overall length is 84" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 83" from the floor to the top of the mast and overhead guard.  It weighs approx. 6730#.  This forklift came out of service about 30 days ago.  The company it came from (a small soft drink distributor) has their own maintenance department for their forklifts and they have as fine of a maintenance program as we have ever seen.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Manufacturers OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift shows only 13966 total hours.
