• All "non-freight" orders placed before 10:00 A.M. EST will be shipped the same day. All orders placed after 10:00 A.M. EST will be shipped on the following day.
• All smaller items 70 lbs. and under ship USPS Priority Mail. Larger packages up to 150 lbs. will be shipped UPS Ground Service.
• Next Day Service is available if order is placed by 3:30 P.M. EST. For Emergency Orders call phone.
• Tracking numbers will be posted automatically and emailed to the buyer. If you would like for us to use your UPS, USPS, FEDEX, or DHL account numbers, be sure to post a note on your invoice with the shipping address and your account number.
• We will insure items at the request of the buyer. All items over $1000 are automatically insured and added to the shipping price unless the buyer requests otherwise.

FREIGHT ORDERS

• Items requiring Freight Shipping are usually shipped out within 2 days after the order is placed. NOTE: If your item requires a flatbed trailer for shipping, booking times have taken up to 2 weeks to arrange a carrier. This is not always the case but has happened in the past.
• We will arrange freight shipping for you. Just send us your zip code and let us know if it is a Commercial Address or a Residential Address. If you do not have a forklift or loading dock BE SURE TO SPECIFY IF A LIFTGATE SERVICE IS NEEDED. If this information is left out the freight carriers will charge extra fees for having to deliver twice. We will strap your items to a pallet and load at no charge. If you would like for us to crate your item, email us and we will send you a quote for crating your item.

FREIGHT INSURANCE

Accidents do happen. It is the customers responsibility to request Freight Shipping Insurance on your item. In most cases it will be an extra $40.00. Otherwise Industrial Parts R Us Inc. will not be held responsible for damaged shipments due to Freight Carrier Damage. (We do not use Saia Freight for this reason)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Shipping is available. We will ship wordwide. Industrial Parts R Us Inc. will not be held responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

RETURNS Industrial Parts R Us, Inc. will guarantee all items new and used for 30 days after the item has been received. Industrial Parts R Us, Inc. will replace the item if another is in stock, or will refund the original purchase price. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued within 72 hours after the item has been returned and inspected.
