We are selling this:  LPG Powered!!!  Cushion Tired!!!  and Completely Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and/or purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine operating  Caterpillar Model GC25K, 5000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Forklift, S/N AT82C-02521, manufactured new in 2001.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by very strong Mazda Four (4) Cylinder OHC LPG Motor (a fine engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is three (3) stage, measuring 83" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 187".  The class II forks are 4" wide X 48" long and will spread to a width of 25" inside to inside of the forks. This forklift operates great.  The tires are Treaded in Front at 85% and 75% in the Rear.  The width of this unit is 41" and the overall length is 89" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 83" from the floor to the top of the mast and overhead guard.  It weighs approx. 8,895#.  This forklift came out of service about a week ago.  The company it came from (a small tool and die shop) had this forklift maintained by the local Caterpillar Dealer and anything found to be wrong was repaired immediately with Genuine Brand Name OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift reads only 6247 total hours.  Like I said, they really took good care of this forklift.  This forklift has Headlights, Back Up Warning w/ flashing in-operation light, Horn, and Tilt Steering Wheel. 

If you are in need of an excellent, medium duty, not too old high lifting forklift of this size, with side shift, and the additional advantage of 48" long forks, take a real good look here.  This is a great running forklift, a good looking forklift, and it is a Caterpillar (one of the better forklifts made).  This is an opportunity to pick up a real bargain in an LPG powered cushion tired forklift at a small portion of what these babies cost new.  This forklift runs and operates great.  Load rating is 5,000# @ 24" LC.

Note:  Our LPG tanks are leased.  If you buy one of our forklifts, we have both full 33# steel and full 33# aluminum tanks available on our classifieds board store.  For these, we will accept offers of $125.00 for steel and $150.00 for aluminum, but only to the buyers of our forklifts.
