Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this good looking and fine operating Caterpillar Model GC45K-SWB, 10000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Forklift.  This unit not only looks good but is in very good operating condition throughout.  It is powered by very strong GM Vortec V-Six (6) Cylinder LPG Motor (a great engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is three (3) stage, measuring 98" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 174" with 60" of free lift.  The class III forks are 5" wide X 48" long and will spread to a width of 37" inside to inside of the forks.  This forklift operates beautifully.  The tires are NEW in the front and near new in the rear at 90%+.  The width of this unit is 53" and the overall length is 101" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 98" from the floor to the top of the mast.  It weighs approx. 16,500#.  This forklift came out of service about a week ago.  The company it came from (A Large Tool company) had it maintained by there local Caterpillar Dealer.  Anything found to be wrong was repaired immediately with Genuine Caterpillar OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift shows only 2400 total hours.

Note:  Our LPG tanks are leased.  If you buy one of our forklifts, we have full 33# aluminum tanks available on our classifieds board store.  For these, we will accept offers of $150.00, but only to the buyers of our forklifts.  Beware:  Most trucking companies will not haul a forklift with a full LPG tank due to HazMat regulations.
