We are selling this:  Battery Powered!!!  Cushion Tired!!!  "Excellent Operating" and Completely Checked Out Mechanically Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine operating Caterpillar Model NRR30, 3000# Capacity, Electric Powered, Reach Type Forklift, manufactured new in 2000.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by a Good 24V  Battery that is good for 4 1/2 to 5 hours of continuous use.  The mast is Three (3) stage, measuring 83" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 192".  The class II forks are 4" wide X 42" long and will spread to a width of 24" inside to inside of the forks (we have new longer forks if needed for extra cost).  This forklift operates fine and it is short and operates in very tight spaces (Turns 360% In It's Own Radius).  The tires are very good in front at 85% and New in the rear.  The width of this unit is 42" and the overall length is 68" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 83" from the floor to the top of the overhead guard and mast.  It weighs approx. 7,510#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.
