Caterpillar Tc30 Forklift 3000 Pound Capacity 172" Lift Height

I am selling a Caterpillar TC30 forklift. The forklift has a rated capacity of 3000 pounds. Older lift but has automatic transmission and power steering.  The mast will lift 172" (14ft) and will tilt front and back. The mast was changed at some point and does not match the oruginal serial number tag. No side shift but has the valve and lines up to the past for side shift or clamp. The forks are 4 3/4"wide and 48" long. The engine starts and runs. It is a little hard to start first thing in the morning. The hour meter works and shows 5066.3 hours but will go up some as I am still using it. The tag on the mast shows it was last serviced by equipment depot 05/29/18 at 5005 hours but I don't have any of the service records. There are some oil leaks. Looks like the steering cylinder is leaking (or a line I cant tell) and possibly the rear main engine oil seal. The service brakes work good. The park brake is weak. The temperature gauge does not work properly. It Shows it is running int he hot zone but when the lift is cold it still shows 175 on the gauge. I checked the engine temperature at the sensor after running the lift for 45min and it is 172 degrees. The tires are worn and cracked but still usable. This lift is not perfect for a cheap backup or occasional use. The propane tank is new and just filled. I have no way of loading or hauling this lift. You will have to arrange the transportation. Selling as is with no warranty.

The item must be paid in full before it will be released. I prefer Paypal but would also accept cash at pickup. No checks of any kind will be accepted. 

The lift must be paid for and picked up within 2 weeks of purchase. 

The buyer will have to arrange transportation. I have not way of loading this lift and I do not have a loading dock. When I bought it I had it hauled in with a roll back.
