We Are Selling This 1986 Model:  LPG Powered!!!  Cushion Tired!!!  Very Fine Operating Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this "Very Fine Operating", Clark Model C-500-40, 4000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Cushion Tired Forklift, S/N 40-1018-2520, manufactured new in 1986.  This unit has a great Waukesha OHV Engine (a great engine) and is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It has a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is three (3) stage, measuring 71" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 153".  The class II forks are 5" wide X 42" long and will spread to a width of 26" inside to inside of the forks.  This is a fine forklift.  The tires are Cushion Type in front at about 50% and Cushion Type in the rear at about 60%!!  The width of this unit is 40" and the overall length is 83" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 81" from the floor to the top of the overhead guard.  It weighs approx. 7,600#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  The company it came from (a large turnkey machinery rigging and installation company) that has their forklifts maintained by their own maintenance shop that really knows what they're doing.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Clark OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift shows only 1098 total hours, but we're sure that is not correct.
