Clark C500-25

Up for sale here I have a Clark forklift. It is a C 500–25 it's capable of 2500 pound lift it runs drives and stops even the horn works! But there are a few things that should be noted it is old and it is not perfect the following things should probably be addressed-

Motor smokes a bit

The muffler is in need of replacement

The hydraulics seem louder than normal however it does pick the full 2500 lbs without issue

The transmission works but takes a minute to switch from forward to reverse.

Those are all the things that make this not worth what a new forklift would be however there are quite a few good points to it those are-

I just re-did the brakes on the wheel cylinders master cylinders and a creep cylinder

The oil filters are all spin on style

This is the small Clark forklift and it would fit through a 36 inch door opening

It fires right up!

The forklift can be demonstrated and I would highly encourage anyone that wants to bid on it to come check it out.

I understand that while this is not a perfect forklift for the right person with some mechanical knowledge that this would be a great little unit to have an a garage shop or in a small space. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions you might have a no THE CYLINDER IS NOT INCLUDED.

Even though this is listed as local pick up I am happy to load this on the back of a flatbed as I have a larger forklift here that can pick this one up I am not going to arrange freight though. For me to load the forklift for you is FREE!
