·           Payment is required to be completed within 4 days after auction or sale closes.

·           If payment has not been paid by 10 days after close we will send a final notice then file a no-pay claim with classifieds board.

·           If you live within Florida, or pick your item up at our store, we will charge sales tax (6.00%)

·           We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.

Shipping and Claims

·           All new items are shipped in excellent condition without damage.

·           Used equipment will be shipped as described.

·           Customer will be responsible for freight charges unless specified otherwise.

·           Most items will be delivered within 5 days after payment has been received.

·           ALWAYS inspect all items & list any irregularities or damage BEFORE accepting them from delivery carrier.

·           If shipment is pre-paid by B & K Equipment & claim is to be filed, the buyer must advise us & supply us with all necessary paper work as soon after the event as possible.

·           We cannot complete a claim without proof of damage, etc. & documentation from the buyer.

Refunds and Returns

·           Returns must be approved by B&K Equipment Supply before any item may be returned.

·           Returns must be properly packaged & return shipping cost are responsibility of the buyer.

·           Refunds will be made by Paypal, credit card, upon acceptance and inspection.

·           A 15% re-stocking fee will apply.

The item(s) will ship direct from us to a commercial business address or you can pick up from our Davie Warehouse. Some residential deliveries will have an additional charge & be delivered to your door only (no inside delivery or uncrating). Businesses without a loading dock may require a lift-gate for an additional fee of $70 . Items can be picked up at a local freight dock to avoid residential charges or lift-gate charges. If you need either lift-gate service, residential delivery or any other special requirements, we will need to know before shipping, otherwise carriers will not deliver product and you will be subject to a minimum $45 re-delivery fee, depending on carrier. The shipping calculator applies only to the lower 48 states. If shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico Please contact us prior to bidding or buying for additional freight charges. If you want to ship overseas, contact us and we can arrange to deliver to your freight forwarder in the U.S. All equipment is guaranteed in stated working condition for 30 days from time you have received it. Be aware all used equipment is sold as is without warranty unless stated otherwise. We are not responsible for missing screws, nuts, bolts, etc. New equipment will have some manufacturer warranty unless otherwise stated at time of sale. All sales on used equipment are final.
