Clark C500 Y80 Propane Forklift. Needs Work, Not Running. 8,000 Lb Lift. Project

I have owned this for 4 years and it never ran quite right. 8,000 lift. One rear tire needs fixed, its currently flat. Engine ran up until 2 years ago when I quit using the machine. No battery or propane tank included. Brakes have never worked and the pedals are both flat on the floor. I bought an all terrain forklift and quit using this one. It turns over but won't fire. Good project. Will help push up onto a trailer. Questions???
