PreOwned 5,000 lb LP forklift from Clark, model CGC25, with Cascade Paper Roll Clamp, model 25F-RC-02A attached, ready to work today, just had recent full tune up - new spark plugs, oil change, oil filter, air filter, PMed, in good operation condition, free of any leaks or any other known issues, inspections are welcomed.

Forklift comes with a Cascade Rotating Paper Roll Clamp.  LP tank not included.

Forklift has a 3 stage mast (87" lowered, 189" fully raised mast), side shifter and tilt.

Forklift weights approx 10,093 lbs

Just had complete tune up, in good operable condition, ready to work straight from delivery.  Forklift is in used cosmetic appearance (see pictures for details, inspections welcomed).  Forklift seat has tear in lower left corner (see pictures).  Operationally, forklift is in good shape.
