Clark CGC30

This is a forklift I bought at an auction to replace my old Nissan lift that leaks like the Exxon Valdez. Unfortunately, I cannot get it to run. I had a mechanic come who tried to get it to start but he too could not. He checked the pressures in the cylinders and got 125, 85, 95, 150. He was concerned with the large spread in the pressures and wasn't sure how 150 was possible. It has spark and will sputter like it wants to start but just won't. The mechanic wants to pull the head because he assumes there's something wrong in there. I'm not willing to spend the kind of money he wants just to see what's wrong so I'm going to cut my losses and sell it. The hydraulics function normally- at least as far as I can tell as the mast can be lowered/raised/tilted while the engine is being cranked. Brakes work. Solid tires are still good. Seat is great and forklift is in pretty darn good condition for its age. Hour meter shows 409 but that is obviously not the correct hours. It goes to 10000 and I'm sure it's turned over a few times. If you're handy you can rebuild the motor (Mitsubishi 4G64) and have yourself a lift with a new motor for a bargain price. I have no way to load this so you're gonna need to figure out how to do that.
