Clark Forklift. 8,000 Lb. Perkins Diesel.

A project that I started and have no more time for. Has 1000 original hours. Last fired up about 5-6 years ago. The battery is not holding enough of a charge to start the motor. Battery is $230 and I'm not going spend anymore money on this. (I'm in it $4,500).Motor is strong and tranny has no issues.Needs work on the power boost for the steering and brakes. It steers and stops, you just need the strength of a gorilla.The carriage needs to be mounted. The forks came from some where else so, I'm not sure if they are a direct fit. A lot of misc. things to tackle.Injectors cleaned and rebuilt.If your handy, you can finish the job. I figure if I had someone else finish it up it might cost me another $2,000 to get a complete working forklift?Time to move on.
