We are selling this:  Battery Powered!!!  Cushion Tired!!! Completely Checked Out Mechanically Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine operating  Clark Model TM20, 4000# Capacity, Electric Powered, Forklift, manufactured new in 1991.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by a Deca Battery that is good for 4 1/2 to 5 hours of continuous use.  The mast is Three (3) stage, measuring 83" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 188".  The class II forks are 4" wide X 42" long and will spread to a width of 26" inside to inside of the forks (we have new longer forks if needed for extra cost).  This forklift operates fine and they are short and operate in very tight spaces (Turns 360% In It's Own Radius).  The tires are Excellent treaded type in front at 80% and Excellent smooth type in the rear at 80%.  The width of this unit is 42" and the overall length is 72" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 83" from the floor to the top of the overhead guard and mast.  It weighs approx. 7,510#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  The tool shop it came from had this forklift maintained by their local Clark Dealer.  It was serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong was repaired immediately with Genuine Clark OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift shows 4500 total key-on hours.  Like I said, they really took good care of this forklift.

Inform them that they will pick up your forklift at Machine Tools of America’s warehouse at 515 Kercher St., Miamisburg, OH 45342.  This Clark Electric Forklift will weigh approx. 7,500# and occupy 6’ of bed space not counting the forks which they shouldn't charge for as other freight can be loaded on them or under them. It needs to be covered for shipment.
