ABOUT THE BATTERY: This load-tested battery comes with a preinstalled watering system and water level indicators that dramatically improve the life of the battery by intelligently alerting personnel when a battery needs water — and when it does not. These level indicators allow watering on a labor-saving “as-needed” basis instead of a hit-or-miss schedule. ABOUT THE CHARGER: The PBM Industrial 36 Volt 140 Amp Battery Charger is well built for forklifts or other industrial applications where a smart charger of high amp output is appropriate. There are no manual timers to mess with, as the internal charge regulation is done by the microprocessor for a full charge every time. Economical yet powerful enough to handle most forklift applications, this charger is designed to withstand continuous duty use quietly and efficiently. The linear transformer and microprocessor control give years of trouble-free service. It has a 4-digit LDC display with 12 functions. This unit completes the charge and goes into maintenance mode automatically. Designed for wet cell lead acid batteries of 700 to 980 AH capacity. NOTE: Please let us know whether you have a single-phase or three-phase setup in your facility so that the correct charger is delivered. ABOUT SHIPPING: The unloading of the unit(s) is the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. If you have a dock or forklift with sufficient load capacity, you’re good to go however if you don’t, a cost-effective way of unloading, is by hiring a local flatbed tow truck that can transfer the unit onto the flatbed and tilt the bed down to ground level.
