Crown Forklift Electric 35sctt 3500 Lbs, 190" Mast

35SCTT: it's an older model of a sit-down, three solid wheels, electric forklift, 3,500 lbs lift. We got it in 2016, and at the time I was told that it was previously used in a paper mill warehouse. We refurbished it (new paint, seat, decals, cylinder seals, etc.) five years ago, but since then it served only as a stationary exterior hoist, running on three automotive batteries. Therefore NO BATTERY, NO CHARGER. This forklift is electric, and a good, reliable brand, so it always run when needed, regardless of the long parking. The battery compartment is currently filled with concrete blocks as a counterbalance, and a buyer could have them. We had its original part/service manual somewhere, but I cannot find it now, perhaps would locate it later. The mast is 35SCTT-190 (190" high), no side shifter. Serial number 1A169448. Comes with some forks, I believe they are mismatched 3.5ft and 4ft forks, but I may be confusing different forklifts. I don't remember how many hours the tacho was showing, could post this info later if there is any interest. The seat is worn, as one of our neighbor's cats slept there. It drives and breaks, we checked it. AS-IS sale, in-person inspection required prior to bidding.
