Problemas de garantía deben ser notificadas inmediatamente despues de haber recibido la unidad. Solamente arreglos mecánicos y eléctricos son cubiertos por la garantía. Cualquier cambio que desee hacer en referencia a preferencia de manejo de la unidad, no estan cubiertos bajo garantía, sin embargo estos cambios se pueden realizar antes del envio de la unidad en el momento de la negociacion. UPC America LLC coordinará cualquier reparacion mecánica de garantía por medio de un mecánico certificado.
