PAYMENT

• We prefer PayPal.
• Payment is required within 5 days of purchase date.
• Payment must be confirmed/received BEFORE pick up.
• Non-payment: classifieds board will automatically file a non-payment case against you if payment is not received within the 5 day period.

ITEMS FOR PICK-UP

• Pick up details will be provided AFTER payment is confirmed/cleared via PayPal.
• Items must be collected within 10 days of payment date.

Courier pickups: We do not provide courier/freight service. However you are welcome to make your own courier/freight pick-up arrangements. We have forklifts onsite to help load heavy items, and all pallets/packing materials for courier/freight transport are free of charge (unless stated in listing).

NB: Once your purchased item/s have left our premises, we will not be responsible for any loss/damage incurred during courier/freight transport.

RETURNS

• Returns accepted for faulty items – i.e. items that fail to work but were originally described as ‘working’.
• Items must be returned within 14 days of pick-up/delivery for a full refund less all shipping costs.
• Returns will NOT be accepted for change of mind/loss/damage not caused by us (e.g.: loss/damage caused during transport by you/AustPost/courier).

NB: We will only refund the cost/purchase price of the item (i.e. any shipping costs incurred by you will not be refunded).

TERMS OF SALE

Your bid for this item is a contract to buy/purchase the item. You must ensure that payment is made within 5 days of purchase date. If payment is not received we will have to let classifieds board know that you have not fulfilled your end of the contract. To be fair to other sellers and buyers we need to keep a high standard of the sales process.
