We are selling this:  LPG Powered!!!  Cushion Tired!!!  Excellent Operating Condition and Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and/or purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine operating  Mitsubishi Model FGC25N, 5000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Forklift, manufactured new in 1994.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by very strong Nissan Four (4) Cylinder OHC LPG Motor (a fine engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is three (3) stage, measuring 83" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 188".  Freelift is 34" w/ load backrest attached and 54" with the load backrest removed.  The class II forks are 4" wide X 42" long and will spread to a width of 27" inside to inside of the forks. This forklift operates great.  The tires are Excellent at 90% all around.  The width of this unit is 42" and the overall length is 82" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 83" from the floor to the top of the mast and overhead guard.  It weighs approx. 8,650#.  This forklift came out of service about a week ago.  The company it came from (a small tool manufacturing company) had this forklift maintained by their local Doosan dealer.  It was serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Brand Name OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift reads only 9025 total hours.  Like I said, they really took good care of this forklift.  This forklift has Side Shift, Headlights, Reverse Light, Rear Light, and Horn.

Note:  Our LPG tanks are leased.  If you buy one of our forklifts, we have both full 33# steel and full 33# aluminum tanks available on our classifieds board store.  For these, we will accept offers of $125.00 for steel and $150.00 for aluminum, but only to the buyers of our forklifts.
