In the rare event you find a mechanical or electrical problem, within the 90 day warranty period, UPC America, LLC will coordinate a visit by a certified Technician.

2) BATTERY LOAD TEST REPORT

All batteries undergo six hour load test simulation. The complete test report will be provided at time of purchase.

Battery condition is essential for your next Electric Forklift performance. Test results report the utility life expectancy which includes manufacturer model , manufactured date, continuous hours and overall percentage based the manufacturer's technical specifications.

3) Pre-Owned 3 phase charger included

We ship your electric forklift with a tested 3 phase charger. Just let us know the electricity you are running on and we will pre-program it to 208, 240 or 480 volts at no additional cost.

Transport & Delivery 

Offloading will be your responsibility, if you do not have a standard loading dock, this may require the services of a flatbed tow truck to transfer to ground level.
