Customer acknowledges that he/she has verified all specifications, hours & model year. All invoices will be governed by Florida law, venue in Miami County, Florida. Sales are not final until paid in full and subject to prior sale. Deposit &/or signature is acceptance of all terms and conditions. Faxed or electronically submitted signatures shall be treated as originals and will be binding.
