We are selling this:  LPG!!!  "JUST RECONDITIONED,  Solid Pneumatic Tired!!! "Excellent Operating"  and Completely Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and/or purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this Excellent Hyster Model H80XM, 8,000# Capacity Forklift w/ Rebuilt GM 4.3L V-6, OHV, LPG Engine and a Single Speed Forward and Reverse Automatic Transmission, manufactured new in 2000.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  The mast is three (3) stage, measuring 95" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 196" with 48" of FREE LIFT.  The Class III Forks are 5" X 60" and will spread to a width of 36" inside to inside of the forks. This forklift operates great.  The Drive Tires are Good Solid Pneumatic Type at 60% with no chunking and the Rear Tires are Good Solid Pneumatic Type at 60% .  The width of this unit is 52" from left side to right side of the forklift and the overall length is 122" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 95" from the floor to the top of the mast.  It weighs approximately 14,400#.  The company this Forklift came from leased it with a full service contract from their local Hyster/Yale Dealer.  All of their forklifts are leased with full service contracts and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Brand Name OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift reads 24636 total hours.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts.
