We are selling this:  LPG Powered!!!  Solid Pneumatic Tired!!!, Completely Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine operating Hyster Model H50XM, 5000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Solid Pneumatic Tired Forklift w/ Side Shift, S/N H177B57160C, manufactured new in 2005.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by very strong and (4) Cylinder OHV GM 2.4L LPG Motor (a great engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is three (3) stage, measuring 83" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 189".  The class II forks are 5" wide X 48" long and will spread to a width of 28" inside to inside of the forks (we can supply NEW longer or shorter forks for added cost if needed by the buyer).  It is equipped with SIDE SHIFT.  This forklift operates absolutely fine.  The Freshly Retreaded Solid Pneumatic Tires are Excellent all around.  The width of this unit is 46" and the overall length is 100" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 83" from the floor to the top of the mast and overhead guard.  It weighs approximately 9200#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  The company it came from (A Small Hardware Store) had this forklift maintained by their local Hyster dealer so it has had excellent maintenance since new.  This forklift was serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong was repaired immediately with Genuine Hyster OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift shows only 7566 total hours.  Like I said, they really took good care of this forklift.  This forklift has (2) Headlights, (1) Back Light, (2) Rearview Mirrors, In-Operation Light, Back Up Warning Beeper, Horn, and Tilt Steering Wheel.
