We are selling this:  Battery Powered!!!  Cushion Tired!!!  Checked Out Mechanically Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine operating  Hyster Model E120XL/2, 12000# Capacity, Electric Powered, Forklift, manufactured new in 1998.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by freshly reconditioned 2015 Deka Battery (Deka is the Best).  The mast is two (2) stage, measuring 82" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 111".  The class IV forks are 6" wide X 39" long and will spread to a width of 36" inside to inside of the forks (we have new longer forks if needed for extra cost).  This forklift operates fine.  The tires are excellent non marking type in front at 90% and very good in the rear at 90%.  The width of this unit is 48" and the overall length is 108" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 91" from the floor to the top of the overhead guard.  It weighs approx. 18,300#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  The company it came from (a major mold manufacturing company) has their forklifts maintained by their local Hyster Dealer.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Hyster OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift shows 8510 total hours.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts.  This forklift has (2) Headlights, (2) Tail Lights, Horn, and Tilt Steering Wheel.
