We are selling these:  48 Volt Battery Electric Powered!!!  Cushion Tired!!!  As Arrived and Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklifts.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine operating  Hyster Model E70N-40, 7000# Capacity, 48V Electric Powered, Cushion Tired Forklift, manufactured new in 2012.  These units are in excellent operating condition throughout.  They are powered by an excellent 48VDC Battery Electric Motor w/ forward and reverse controls.  The mast is Three (3) stage, measuring 94" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 205".  They both have Hydraulic Side Shift and Fork Positioning, with the class III forks that are 5" wide X 54" long (ask us about longer or shorter forks if you need them) and will spread to a width of 34" inside to inside of the forks.  These forklifts operate great.  The tires are EXCELLENT non-marking cushion type all around at 80% to 90%.  The width of this unit is 45" and the overall length is 93" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 94" from the floor to the top of the mast.   It has 46" of freelift with load backrest and 60" of freelift w/ load backrest removed.  It weighs approx. 12,810#.  These forklifts came out of service about a week ago.  The company they came from (an independent leasing company) has all of their Forklifts serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Hyster OEM parts.
