We are selling this:  LPG Powered!!!  Solid Pneumatic Tired!!!  Low Hour, "RECONDITIONED" and Completely Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine operating  Hyster Model H100XL, 11000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Forklift w/ Class IV Fork Clamp, S/N HG005D12186V, manufactured new in 1998.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by very strong GM 4.3 Liter Vortec V-6 (6) Cylinder OHV LPG Motor (a great engine) and a strong two speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is three (3) stage, measuring 83" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 162".  The class IV forks are 6" wide X 59" long and will spread to a width of 8' inside to inside of the forks.  This forklift operates absolutely fine.  The solid pneumatic tires are Good in the front at 70% and Excellent in the rear at 90%.  The width of this unit is 69" and the overall length is 130" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 86" from the floor to the top of the overhead guard.  Freelift is 19".  It weighs approx. 16,200#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  The company it came from (a Non-Ferrous Tubing Machining Company) lease their forklifts from a major forklift dealer so they've had excellent maintenance since new.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Hyster OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift shows only 9131 total hours.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts.  This forklift has an In Operation Light, Back Up Warning Buzzer, Horn, and Tilt Steering Wheel.
