We are selling this:  Diesel Powered!!!  Solid Pneumatic Tired!!!  Very Low Hour, "RECONDITIONED" and Completely Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine operating  Hyster Model H100XL, 11000# Capacity, Diesel Powered, Forklift w/ New 5' Class IV Forks, S/N G005D09253T, manufactured new in 1996.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by very strong Perkins (4) Cylinder OHV Diesel Motor (a great engine) and a strong two speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is two (2) stage, measuring 114" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 168".  The new class IV forks are 6" wide X 60" long and will spread to a width of 48" inside to inside of the forks.  This forklift operates absolutely fine.  The solid pneumatic tires are Good in the front at 70% and Good in the rear at 75%.  The width of this unit is 69" and the overall length is 127" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 114" from the floor to the top of the mast.  It weighs approx. 16,200#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  The company it came from (a small Lumber Company) bought this forklift new and had a service contract with the Dealer since it was new.  The hour meter on this forklift shows only 4362 total hours.  This forklift has an In Operation Light, Back Up Warning Buzzer, Horn, and Two Front Headlights.
