We are selling this:  LPG Powered!!!  Solid Pneumatic Tired!!!  "Just Reconditioned and Completely Checked Out Mechanically Forklift!!!.  Now available for your inspection and/or purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine operating  Hyster Model H30FTS, 4000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Forklift, S/N F001V01930D, manufactured new in 2006.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by very strong Mazda Four (4) Cylinder OHC LPG Motor (a fine engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is (2) stage trucker type, measuring 61" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 84".  The class II forks are 4" wide X 40" long and will spread to a width of 24" inside to inside of the forks. This forklift operates great.  The tires are Newly Retreaded in Front and Excellent in the Rear at 90%.  The width of this unit is 42" and the overall length is 86" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 84" from the floor to the top of the overhead guard.  It weighs approx. 7,250#.  This forklift came out of service about a week ago.  The company it came from (a large trucking company) had own Maintenance Department and all of their Forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Brand Name OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift reads ONLY 19760 total hours.  Like I said, they really take good mechanical care of their forklifts.
