We are selling this:  LPG Powered!!!  Solid Pneumatic Tired!!!  Low Hour, Just Reconditioned and Completely Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio are these fine operating  Hyster Model H50XM, 5000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Forklift w/ Side Shift, S/N H177B40449U, manufactured new in 1997.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by a very strong GM 3.0 Liter Four (4) Cylinder OHV LPG Motors (a great engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is three (3) stage, see-through, measuring 85" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 189".  The class II forks are 5" wide X 41" long and will spread to a width of 28" inside to inside of the forks.  This forklift operates absolutely fine.  The solid pneumatic tires are excellent at no less than 80%.  The width of these units is 44" and the overall length is 92" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 85" from the floor to the top of the overhead guard and mast.  Freelift is 60" (with LBR removed), 36" (with LBR installed).  They weigh approx. 9,200#.  This forklift came out of service about a month ago.  The company it came from (a small trucking company) leased these forklifts from a major forklift dealer so has had excellent maintenance since new.  All of their forklifts are serviced regularly and anything found to be wrong is repaired immediately with Genuine Hyster OEM parts.  The hour meter on this forklift shows only 10936 total hours.  Like I said, they really take good care of their forklifts.  This forklift has (2) Headlights, (1) Rear Light, In Operation Light, Back Up Warning Buzzer, Brake and Reverse Lights, Horn, and Tilt Steering Wheel.
