REFURBISHMENT PROCESS - Best Deal Forklifts is a "Made to Order" Business. Meaning we don't begin the Refurbishment Process of our Equipment until an Order is placed. Due to the extremely High Demand for our Refurbished Equipment, our Mechanics are too busy working on other Customer's Orders to have the time to Refurbish any Equipment that has not already been sold. That being said, all of our Equipment is still in good Running Condition, (just not yet in "Like New" Condition) so we'd be happy to show it to you over a Zoom Chat or in person. After that, if you would like to move forward, all we require is a Signed Quotation and a Fully Refundable 50% Deposit. If you prefer, this can be done on a Credit Card for your protection! (3% Processing Fee will be added). We offer a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. We encourage our customers to come inspect all Refurbished Equipment AFTER completion, to ensure 100% Satisfaction! AVAILABILITY - Our Equipment is listed at different points of time so its availability varies. Please be aware that availability is provided as an estimate only.

COMMIT TO BUY - To assist your buying decision, we have done our best to capture detailed photos and research equipment specifications. Many of our past customers have purchased based on our photography alone. That being said, we would love to chat with you via classifieds board Message system should you have any questions or concerns. Once you feel comfortable, please review classifieds board COMMIT TO BUY policy before you click on BUY IT NOW, as this action will take the listing off from classifieds board entirely, and you are responsible for paying the equipment in full.

PAYMENT - After you "commit to buy", we will email you a sales invoice for your review and signature. If the unit is IN STOCK, a full payment within 48 hours is required before the Equipment leaves our facility.  We accept ALL forms of payment except PayPal: Wire Transfer, Cash, Money Order, Check, Cashier Check, E-Check, Zelle, Venmo, Ect. (PayPal NOT accepted). If the unit is not IN STOCK, a non-refundable deposit of $250.00 within 48 hours is required to reserve the unit and to ensure that you are a serious buyer. The remaining balance is due when the unit becomes available.

PICK/UP - After the funds are cleared, we will promptly email you the correct Pick Up address for your shipper to pick up. All Pick-Ups are done by appointments only, and no walk-ins are allowed.

SHIPPING - Our pricing is not inclusive of shipping. Price can be provided upon request.
