We are selling this:  LPG Powered!!!  Cushion Tired!!!  and Fully Checked Out Mechanically!!! Forklift.  Now available for your inspection and purchase at our warehouse in beautiful downtown Miamisburg, Ohio is this fine operating Hyster Model S120XMS, 12000# Capacity, LPG Powered, Forklift S/N F004V03958C, Built New in 2005.  This unit is in excellent operating condition throughout.  It is powered by very strong GM Vortec V-Six (6) Cylinder LPG Motor (a great engine) and a strong single speed, forward and reverse, automatic transmission.  The mast is three (3) stage, measuring 92" in the lowered position and the forks will lift to a maximum height of 185".  Freelift is: 60".  The class IV forks are 10" wide X 48" long lumber type and will spread to a width of 39" inside to inside of the forks.  We have new longer forks for addition cost if the buyer needs them. This forklift operates beautifully.  The tires are Excellent in the Front at 90% and Excellent in the rear at 90%.  The width of this unit is 54" and the overall length is 108" plus the fork length.  The overall height measures 92" from the floor to the top of the mast and overhead guard.  It weighs approximately 18,900#.  This forklift came off lease about a month ago.  The company it came from (A Large Steel Slitting and Cut-to-Length Company) leased it and it was maintained by there local Hyster Dealer.  Anything found to be wrong was repaired immediately with Genuine Hyster OEM parts.  It is equipped with all of the modern safety features and equipment.  The hour meter on this forklift shows only 3851 total hours.

Note:  Our LPG tanks are leased.  If you buy one of our forklifts, we have full 33# aluminum tanks available on our classifieds board store.  For these, we will accept offers of $150.00, but only to the buyers of our forklifts.  Beware:  Most trucking companies will not haul a forklift with a full LPG tank due to HazMat regulations.
